Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s solo appearances explained in three simple words
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's solo appearances are all part of a new plan, says a friend of the couple.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a new focus regarding their public lives which will see them take on a new direction in future events, according to one of their friends.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been making solo appearances in the last few weeks.
Meghan attended a gala in Los Angeles for a children’s hospital on Saturday night. Meanwhile, Harry attended a number of solo engagements in the last couple of weeks in New York, London and most recently Lesotho.
Now a friend of the Sussex couple claimed that the new string of solo appearances is part of their new plan, which will see them focus on their individual projects and attend more events separately.
Explaining in three simple words, the insider said Harry and Meghan were adopting a “twin-track approach”.
The insider told People:”The Duke and Duchess have now hit their stride as individuals – not just as a couple.
“The Duke appears focused on his patronage work, and the Duchess focused on her entrepreneurial track.”
They added: “It’s clear that a twin-track approach is evolving.”
During Saturday’s event, Meghan spoke about motherhood and praised the hospital for their efforts to support the children in need.
She said: “The work that they do otherworldly. And I think from my standpoint as a mother no one wants to be in a position where you need to go to a place like this – but if you have to, the best place in the world you could go would be Children’s Hospital LA.
