Real reason Kate Middleton releases photos of George, Charlotte and Louis in very specific way
Princess Kate is a keen photographer and over the years has released some incredible photos of her young family to make major milestones, including birthdays and Christmas.
While the snapshots bring so much joy to royal fans, Kate has a secret motive for taking the images herself – and it’s all to do with protecting her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
According to the Telegraph ‘s royal editor Camilla Tominey, Kate will publicly-release pictures of her trio in order to “help keep paparazzi at a distance”.
She previously told the Express: “The paparazzi – there’s no market anymore because the [former] Duchess comes out with her own family photos and they’re far more valuable to the press than images taken at a long lense.”
Camilla continued: “That’s how The Cambridges (as they were then known) are going to strike the balance, they’re going to give in order to receive a degree of privacy back. Why would any newspapers or magazines want to run grainy long-lens images of the royals in private when they themselves are willing to serve up crystal clear Instagram-style shots?
“Of course there still is, and always will be, a place for experienced lensmen and women to capture the big royal moments. However, it has always been these more candid camera shots that the public has craved. When it comes to seeing the ‘real’ royals behind their public personas, the Duchess is fast becoming the monarchy’s leading chronicler of modern royal life.”
